PokaYoke Implementation at Amararaja Batteries Ltd.

 

Introduction: Amararaja Industries Ltd is one of India’s largest Battery Manufacturing companies.We have worked with Amararaja in implementing Quick changeover and PokaYoke Projects

Training: We started with a full day training program on SMED and PokaYoke.

Implementation: We created teams to implement the Quick Changeover and PokaYoke. Teams have implemented more than 65 PokaYoke projects and 5 SMED projects.

Rewards: Best projects were rewarded during their annual Continuous Improvement Convention. More than Rs. 2 Crores of cost savings were reported by the teams.
