Introduction: We worked with VKC Group’s Footwear unit in Mysore in the year 2016 on Operational Excellence initiatives. Quality Improvement, WIP reduction and 5S Implementation were part of the scope of the engagement

Our Activities:

We implemented the Continuous Flow Production in the Stitching units, Improved the Overall Quality by 30% and reduced the WIP (from 10 days of stock to 6.5 days of Stock).

Result: Our Engagement has impacted the working Capital by Rs. 2 Crores per year
