Ananth Palaniappan

Hi, I’m Ananth, your Lean Manufacturing Coach / Consultant.

I started Hash Managagement Services in the year 2009 and in the last 14 years, we have worked with more than 110 companies helping them on the Lean Journey. We would like to operate in a niche area (Lean Mfg) and would aspire to grow at a rapid pace in this segment.

I have also written a book called “Level One – Unlock Your Career in Manufacturing” aimed at providing practical Industry Knowledge to young professionals. You can buy the book here. I have have also published Online Courses that would help your team to learn Lean Manufacturing and excel in the shop floor. 

I am a Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduation in Supply Chain & Operations. I worked as a Senior Engineer with Titan Industries and as a Consultant with Deloitte’s Consulting Practice before starting my firm. I believe in Self Development and Continuous Learning.

I’m married and have 2 kids. I love Cars, Music, Creative Designing, playing Guitar, Travelling and Meeting New people.

Raghul is a Mechanical Engineer from Government College of Engineering Tirunelveli with 5 years of experience in optimising manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement. He has implemented Lean and 5S at various clients at Hash Management Services.  He loves playing Cricket and basketball

Sivaprakash

Sivaprakash SJ completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has 3 years of experience in project and manpower management, continuous improvement, 5S practices at Hyundai Engineering Plastics. He works on Lean and 5S Implementation at various clients at Hash Management Services LLP.

Vinothkumar

Vinothkumar R has completed a Diploma in Automobile Engineering at Sri Narayana Guru Polytechnic College, Coimbatore. With 13 years of experience in Quality Assurance at a leading passenger car manufacturer, he possesses sound knowledge of Vehicle Quality Inspection and Audit methodologies.  He is also passionate about singing and cooking

Sridhar D M

Sridhar D M is an Industrial Engineering postgraduate from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, and has completed an Internship in Ashok Leyland, Ennore.  He possesses sound knowledge of Operations Management, Optimization Techniques, and Data Analytics. He loves to do Zentangle art, jogging and watching sci-fi movies.

Gowtham

Gowtham is a Mechanical Engineer from Velammal Engineering College, Chennai and has joined as a fresh engineer in Hash Management Services LLP. He has undergone training in Lean Manufacturing and lean tools like 5S, SMED and PokaYoke. He loves to play cricket and watch movies.

Nalliraj Madhavan

Nalliraj Madhavan is a Mechanical Engineer from Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam. He had undergone training in lean manufacturing and lean tools like 55, SMED, VSM, and PokaYoke. He is passionate about cooking and logo creation, and he likes reading books.

1. We work with Private (Partnerships / Private Ltd / Public Ltd) organisations only. We do not work with Government / Quasi-Government Organisations / Cluster based initiatives (funded by Government /Ministries and NGOs).

2. We would follow all the rules of the land and would be transparent in our business transactions.

3. Client Data and business information would be kept confidential.

4. We would never compromise on the integrity and our values for the sake of winning projects / making profits.

5. We do not give gifts to clients/others and do not accept gifts/bribe under any circumstances.

6. We do not work with competing companies in a rolling period of Six months.

7. We do not recruit personnel from our customers.

8. We never recommend someone (for jobs) to our customers
