Introduction: We are implementing 5S at Minister White Garments at their Salem, Chennai and Srivilliputhur Units.

Our Activities: We have created teams and applied the Gamification technique for the 5S Implementation. Teams are formed in all the units and 5S being implemented with the participation of all the employees. Rewards and Recognitions are part of the implementation.
